Needs a lot of work

Bugs:
-When you press the 'artists' button on the main menu, it just goes to the start
-By the end, there were about 5 copies of the same song playing
-The movie would pften jump around showing unfinished frames

Advice:
-maybe look at some of the tutorials on Newgrounds
-when you've got more experience, maybe do another collab.

good luck.

PicoZX responds:

Thanks for the review.
I'll take it.

Lovely

Firstly, I don't know how I missed this yesterday, becasue I was looking at the portal a lot for new submissions, oh well.

I love this! Awesome work Morrow, your use of textures and sketchy lines stand out nicely in this. The story was great and I love that bit at the end where they escape on that little boat. Great choice of music as well! 10/10, 5/5 and recommended for Experimental.

MorrowDays responds:

thanks! I'm planning on making more with just wood textures, its a nice, acoustic style. lots of fun.

glad you enjoyed it, I've got my fingers crossed for experimental! :)

Lol, should be how to win an underdog

It was alright, the graphics and animation need work, but my main concern is that you have given people a great way to exploit the system (if they haven't already figured that out).

Little-Rena responds:

People already knew how to do this although it's still impossible, how many people do you know have 200 friends with accounts online at the sametime?! I mean, that's silly aside from being obvious. Also those who cheat end up getting punished.

Bravo!

As soon as I saw the panning city scape at the start, I knew it was a good'en. The graphics were brilliant and the vast majority of the animation was top notch! The movieclip of the guy walking along with his back facing the screen, needs a bit of work, because it looks a bit rough and choppy.

You told the story very well, there was never any real confusing, you also created a sad atmosphere with the dog. When the dog came in it reminded my of 'Out of Sync'. The extra features were a nice touch, the commentary was funny xD.

Overall, an enjoyable and moving watch, well done.

studio-nightbird responds:

thank you. The city scape was at first just a practice drawing...but i then turned it into an animation. glad you enjoyed it (as well as the commantery)

Very Funny

Very good voice acting, good graphics, very good humour, all in all a very funny flash experience. My favourite one was probably the mobile phone commercial, the abbreviations were great. Awesome job, keep it up.

MetalDart responds:

Thanks a ton Frank! :D
IF THAT IS YOUR REAL NAME! >:U

100th review goes to you!

As soon I saw the scrumpled up paper texture fly onto the screen, I knew this flash was going to be awesome! I wasn't disappointed, Morrowdays, my friend you have an amazing imagination and an incredible style!

MorrowDays responds:

congrats on 100 reviews! thanks so much nick, I really appreciate all your support. its fantastic. keep up your amazing stuff, looking forward to after judgement!

Really quite decent

I liked the way you incorporated 2 very different types of flash into one. The graphics were very good, you captured the the Brackenwood essence pretty well. Some parts needed a little more work, but It was mostly very well done. Also, good use of blurring on the madness guy!

Gnydsmelt responds:

Thank you sir!

Very Creative

Very nice job Morrow, I liked the calm atmosphere and the slow pace of the animation. Obviously the animation was creative and I enjoyed watching the building grow and grow. Keep it up buddy!

MorrowDays responds:

thanks! Im glad you liked it. hopefully the people at TUFF will too. :)

hilarious

very very funny. Awesome job I really enjoyed watching this and I laughed so hard at the ending. That was a nice little joke/twist there. Keep the funny work Metal!

MetalDart responds:

I'll keep it alright!

Very Impressive

I really enjoyed watching this collab. I thought everything looked great and it was good to see that there was a good variation in style as well. I liked the smooth FBF and the little sound effects were entertaining. Very well done skaters, I will look forward to the next!

cronic-22 responds:

Thank you
